1. Products and Services

All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, texture, and dimensions due to the nature of wood and handcrafting techniques. Images on our website or promotional materials are representative but may not precisely reflect the item received.​

2. Ordering Process

• Orders may be placed via our website, email, or social media.

• Payment is due upon delivery. Deposit may be required for custom orders.

• EB Wood Works reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.​

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in [CAD] and are subject to change without notice.

• Accepted payment methods include cash and e-transfer.

• Please keep in mind that there may be an additional fee if the product is using a stain and/or if the product is being shipped.

• Final pricing will include applicable taxes, additional fees, and any delivery/shipping fees.​​​

4. Turnaround Time and Delivery

• Items will be shipped between 2-3 business days.

• Custom orders may take longer and timelines will be communicated.

• Pickup is available at no charge. Delivery MAY be available within a defined local area for an additional fee.

• EB Wood Works is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (shipping/post issues, weather, supply issues, etc.).​​​

5. Shipping

• Shipping is available, however, standard shipping rates may apply.

• We take care in delivering our products but are not liable for damage during transit.​​​

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items.

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a resolution, and provide photos of any damage or issue.​​​​​​

7. Care and Maintenance

We recommend following the provided care instructions to maintain the appearance and longevity of your item. EB Wood Works is not responsible for damage due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care guidelines and research.​
